Please rest assured that we are addressing this issue, and if any vulnerabilities are discovered, that we will let you know and they will be dealt with as quickly as possible. We can confirm that our Online Banking system has not been affected by the Heartbleed bug. Your Online Banking information is and has been secure. TABS Number Changing on April 8th, 2014

On Tuesday, April 8th our TABS (Telephone Anytime Banking System) will be changing, there will now be one convenient 800# for all users. Once the update is complete you will have to re-enroll by calling the number and following the prompts.

The new TABS number is 1-800-275-8227.

Please note, the following numbers
will NO LONGER BE IN SERVICE:
502-227-8227 and 877-839-8227

If you have trouble accessing the new system, please call our FACT Dept during business hours at 502-227-1601.

Instructions

Note  The help key is either of the terminator keys ( * or # ) when in any of the menus

To access your information, you will need your account number and default security code. You are required to change your default security code before continuing. The opening menu provides access to the account selection menu, Rate and Product information, and system instructions.

The checking and savings account menus provide information on your account balance, previous account activity, your last deposit date and amount, specific check information, and interest information.

The Loan account menu provides access to your loan balance, payment and payoff information, and interest information.

The Certificate of Deposit and Individual Retirement account menu provides information on your account balance, maturity date, and interest information.

The funds transfer menu allows you to transfer funds between pre-authorized checking, savings, and loan accounts. Please contact the bank for further information.

Action keys on your telephone keypad are as follows:
Pressing 8 returns you to the previous menu
Pressing 9 repeats the current menu
NOTE: If more than 7 accounts are to be listed, the prompts for previous menu and repeat menu will be dynamically numbered after the accounts are listed
